⚠️ Important: Avoid Harsh Chemicals
We recommend avoiding bleach, ammonia, vinegar, acidic cleaners, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals unless specifically approved for the particular material. Incorrect or prolonged use of these products can damage surfaces, affect finishes, wear down sealants and, in some materials, cause staining or surface deterioration.
Stoneware
Cleaning
Hand washing is recommended. Use warm water and a mild, non-abrasive dish soap with a soft cloth or sponge.
Dishwasher Use
We recommend avoiding the dishwasher, as high temperatures and strong detergents may affect the surface or finish over time.
Avoid Harsh Products
Avoid bleach, acidic cleaners, abrasive products and harsh chemicals, which may affect the surface or finish.
Drying & Care
Dry with a soft towel after washing. Place stoneware on a stable, level surface and avoid rough or abrasive bases that may scratch the underside.
Terracotta Vases
Terracotta vases can be used indoors or outdoors. Indoor use is recommended to help preserve their aged and rustic surface over time.
Cleaning
Gently rinse or wipe with water and a soft cloth. Avoid aggressive scrubbing.
Avoid Harsh Products
Avoid strong sprays, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, stiff brushes and other abrasive materials, as these may affect the surface, finish or decorative details.
Sun Exposure
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may contribute to fading or changes to the surface over time.
Winter Care
Where possible, we recommend storing terracotta vases indoors during colder months.
