Terms of Service

We warmly encourage all customers to get samples before placing their full (quantity) order to avoid unwanted delays and stress.

Sample Pack Policy:

Please note, samples are limited to a maximum of six (6) per order. Each sample is priced between AU$3 and AU$5, depending on the specific sample selected. Customers can choose from a variety of different samples or select multiple of the same sample, but the total cannot exceed six.

A postage fee of AU$19 applies for delivery within Australia. Alternatively, you can collect your samples directly from our Melbourne location at no extra charge.

How to order samples

Browse our tiles and select 'Add Sample' (available for select items). Choose between 1–6 tile samples for your cart.

Tile sample delivery takes 2–7 days. The carrier will leave the parcel if it's safe; otherwise, a collection or re-delivery notice will be provided.

When placing your full tile order, make sure to consider stock availability, shipping timeframes, and potential delays. For guidance on managing your timeline, ask your builder or installer to contact us.

Attention! | Samples are available exclusively for tiles. Kami™ Home Skins reserves the right to decide if and how make a product available as “sample”.

Please note, samples are intended to give a general idea of the touch and feel of the product. Due to the artisanal and/or natural quality of our tiles, variations in colour, tone, and texture are to be expected.
