Terms of Service

We warmly encourage all customers to get samples before placing their full (quantity) order to avoid unwanted delays and stress.

We are unable to deliver Sample Pack (any parcel) to PO BOXES. It is  customers’ responsibility nominating the address (residential or business) where delivery can be performed timely and safely.

Our “Samples Pack” formula |Samples come with a price that vary from AU$1 to AU$5 depending on the specific samples. Customers can select from one (1) up to six (6) different samples or multiple of the same sample. Additionally, there’s a postage cost of AU$19 (Australia wide delivery) or the samples can be collected at our location in Melbourne at no additional charges.

How to order samples

  1. While browsing any product select “add sample” (when available) till your sample cart it’s full (min.1 - max.6 samples).
  2. Proceeding to the checkout you’ll be asked to select your preferred delivery method. Shipping (Aust Post) = AU$19. Pick up at our showroom = Free of charge.
  3. You’ll instantly receive an order confirmation containing a unique discount code. The discount is the total amount of your samples order (samples + shipping). Save that for later to be used at the check-out of your actual quantity order. The code is valid for the next 6 months.
  4. Yor delivery will come in the next 2-7 days. The mail carrier will leave the parcel if it’s safe to do so otherwise will leave a ticked with instructions for your collection (or re-delivery).
  5. All samples are labelled with the name your order summary shows. We hope this helps, it’s your turn now to choose.
  6. When you are ready to place your order, please consider any contingency such as stock availability, freight, delays that may affect the delivery of your order. You want to make sure your order is delivered within a reasonable time window prior the initiation of the install works. If you’re not sure how to manage this time frame, ask your builder or installer (tiler) to contact us.

Attention! | Samples are available exclusively for tiles. Kami™ Home Skins reserves the right to decide if and how make a product available as “sample”.

Samples are only meant to provide a general idea of touch and feel of the product. the variation in colour, tone, texture has to be expected due to the artisanal and/or natural quality of the products.
