By purchasing this product, you agree to the Shipping & Returns (Delivery) Policy outlined below.
We offer Australia-wide delivery on all orders through a network of trusted freight and logistics partners.
Customers may also arrange their own freight. In this case, we will prepare your order and make it available for collection from our warehouse dispatch via your nominated carrier. Alternatively, you may select “Pick-Up” at checkout and collect your order from our warehouse dispatch at no additional charge. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Tile deliveries are to kerbside only at the nominated address, with some smaller items hand unloaded depending on order size and logistics requirements. Stone basins and home décor items are generally sent as loose items, securely packaged with protective foam designed for safe transport. For bulky or multiple-item orders, these may be placed on a pallet to ensure safe delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the suitability of the drop-off location and any required permissions for delivery access. Please consider access requirements for apartments, offices, or restricted sites, as delivery is made to kerbside only. Once delivered, goods become the sole responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend checking your order within 48 hours of delivery to ensure items are correct, complete, and undamaged. Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours to hello@kamihomeskins.com.au, including clear photos for insurance purposes.
It is the responsibility of the tiler, under the supervision of the builder and/or homeowner, to inspect all tiles prior to installation.

Shipping Rates
Kami HS delivers nationally through a network of freight and logistics providers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the postcode entered at checkout. We offer a flat rate delivery fee regardless of order size, with pricing starting from $99 and varying depending on location. For non flat-rate regions, we can also provide both residential delivery and depot collection options to help keep freight costs down.

Shipments are subject to weather and road conditions as well as other contingencies that may affect our logistics partners. Transit times listed are an indication only and cannot be guaranteed.
Return & Exchange
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please choose carefully, as refunds are not available once an order has been placed due to change of mind or lack of awareness of product features or quality. We strongly recommend purchasing samples prior to placing a full order so you know exactly what to expect.
Please note: we do not accept claims for replacement, repair, or reimbursement for defects, incorrect sizing, shade variation, incorrect delivery, or any other issues once products have been installed. For this reason, it is essential to carefully inspect all goods upon delivery in line with the Delivery Check Procedure above.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Kami™ Home Skins will arrange replacement of affected goods where applicable. Please provide clear photos of any damage or issues (goods must remain in original packaging) to assist with assessment and help us improve our service.
- Exchanges
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. All exchanges must be for the full quantity of the original order. Partial returns or spare tiles will not be accepted.
Goods may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping to Kami™ Home Skins warehouse (55 Webber Parade, Keilor East VIC 3033) must be arranged and paid for by the customer. A 25% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
