DELIVERY

In purchasing this product, you agree to the Shipping & returns (delivery) policy expressed hereby.

  • For all our orders, we do offer Australia-wide delivery service.
  • We only use reputable logistics companies such as Australia Post, Startrack, TNT etc…
  • Customers can choose to arrange shipping on their own: we’ll prepare and make your order available at our warehouse for your appointed forwarder’s collection.
  • Customers can also choose “pick-up” at the checkout and collect their order from our premises free of additional charge. You will be notified when the order is ready for collection.
  • Tile orders deliveries are to the kerbside only at the nominated address.
  • Suitability of kerbside drop-off location and associated permission to use that area is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please consider the logistics involved with getting your tiles into the building in case you live in an apartment, or if the tiles are to be delivered to an office location.
  • Once the goods are delivered to the kerbside, they become the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

We strongly encourage you to check your order within 48 hours of receiving them. This is to ensure you have received the correct items and that they haven't arrived damaged or faulty, and to submit a claim if required.

All claims must be notified within the next 48 hrs of the delivery being made at hello@kamihomeskins.com.

  • Include detailed photos that are required for insurance purposes.
  • It is the responsibility of the tiler under the management of the builder and/or homeowner to check tiles before laying them.

Verify the finish, colour, size and pattern of the tiles/other match your order.

Check all the quantities match your order.

Check all boxes are labelled with the correct item, colour, size indicated in your order.

Inspect all goods for defects or damage.

Shipping Rates

Kami HS delivers nationally using specialised delivery partners. Shipping costs are based on the postcode entered at checkout. We offer flat rate regardless of order size. Pricing starts from $100 and varies depending on the geographical area you live in.

    Transit Times (Australia)

    Shipments are subject to weather/road conditions as well as other contingencies that may affect our logistics partners. The transit times listed below are just an indication of what is the average lead time of our current freights. Kami™ Home Skin cannot guarantee order will be delivered within this timeframe.

      Transit Times (International)

      • New Zealand: 7-28 days

      Import taxes & duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its country of destination (e.g. NZ > additional 15% GST), Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary country to country. Please check with your local customs office to receive an estimate of possible charges applicable to your order prior to purchasing. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded excluding the return and original shipping fee.

      Return and Exchange

      • We don’t accept returns

      Choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind or because simply not aware of some features or the actual quality of the product/s. We warmly encourage you to purchase our samples prior to any actual quantity transaction so you know exactly what to expect from your order.

      Note: We will not accept claims for replacement, repair or reimbursement due to defects, wrong size, shade variation, incorrect delivery or any other fault once installed. For this reason, carefully check upon delivery following the Delivery Check Procedure.

      • Faulty, damaged, incorrect orders

      Kami™ Home Skins will arrange return shipping and replacement of the affected goods (tiles, other). Please document any damage or issues with photos - still in original packaging - to help identify the cause so we can continue to make our service better in the future.

      • Exchanges

      A receipt or proof of purchase is required. All exchanges must be for the entire quantity of goods from the initial order. Partial returns, spare (tiles, other) will not be accepted for exchange.

      All goods can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping to Kami™ Home Skins warehouse - 55 Webber Parade Keilor East VIC 3033 - is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. There is a 25% restocking fee on any exchange.
