Hand Wash Only: Avoid using a dishwasher, as the high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage the stone. Gently wash by hand.
Mild Detergent: Use a mild, non-acidic dish soap mixed with warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or acidic substances like vinegar, as these can erode the stone.
Dry Immediately: Dry immediately with a soft, dry towel to prevent water spots and potential damage from standing moisture.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers all our products and it protects our customers against any manufacturing defect. The duration of a lifetime warranty depending on the reasonable life cycle of each specific product category.
